For Parents

You should have received an email from Brooklyn Youth Chorus with a promo code to redeem for a tuition credit discount on tickets. If you did not receive this email or if you are having trouble buying tickets, please contact us at ticketing@brooklynyouthchorus.org.

Before purchasing a ticket, please check below to confirm in which show or shows your child is performing. Performing choristers do not require a ticket.

NOTE: If you would like to purchase tickets to more than one concert, you must start a new transaction for each separate concert.

How to Purchase Tickets

1. Click the "BUY TICKETS" button above to visit the event page for the concert you wish to attend.

2. After clicking “Buy Tickets” on the event page, click the seating map to zoom in, then using your mouse find the seats you would like to purchase.

3. Click the seat, select "CONFIRM" or "CANCEL" from the window, then repeat for as many seats as you need. Click "NEXT" when you are finished selecting seats.

4. On the next screen, click "Do you have a promo code?" Enter your unique promo code and click "APPLY." Voucher codes can be split across multiple concerts.

5. Continue the checkout process.

6. NOTE: If you would like to purchase tickets to more than one concert, you must start a new transaction for each separate concert.

After purchasing tickets, you will receive two e-mails:

• Order Confirmation

• Ticket Email with QR code and PDF tickets

Will-call tickets are not available for our concerts. Please print your tickets at home before coming to the concert or be prepared to show your ticket on your mobile device. Brooklyn Youth Chorus will not be distributing physical tickets in advance.

If you have trouble finding your tickets, the email subject line is "Your tickets for: Spring Sings" and the sender is "Brooklyn Youth Chorus" from ticketing@brooklynyouthchorus.org.

Important Information

INFO ABOUT THE VENUE, THE THEATER AT CITY TECH

• There are three types of seating: Prime, Premium, and Regular. 

• Doors open 30 minutes prior to each performance. 

• Wheelchair-accessible seating is also available for purchase. They can be located on the seating map as "Side Loge Wheelchair." If you have any questions about accessibility in the venue, please email ticketing@brooklynyouthchorus.org.

IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER QUESTIONS

• For all ticketing-related inquiries, please contact us via our ticketing inquiry email (ticketing@brooklynyouthchorus.org) and someone will respond to you as soon as possible. Otherwise, please contact your program manager (training divisions) or chorus manager (performing ensembles).

• We will film and photograph all performances and make both pictures and video available to you at no cost.
