A Winter Celebration with Brooklyn Youth Chorus!

Kick off the holiday season with an afternoon or evening of song! Brooklyn Youth Chorus returns to fill the air with music, warmth, and festive cheer, in a concert bursting with choral classics, contemporary works, and all your seasonal favorites.

Join us at The Co-Cathedral of St. Joseph on Saturday, December 19th for two joyful performances. At 1:30 PM, hear Prep I, Pre-Teen I, Teen, and Junior Ensemble. Then come back at 7:30 PM for Prep II, Pre-Teen II, Bass Ensemble, and Concert Ensemble.

From our spirited young beginners to our talented advanced singers and polished pre-professional ensembles, every chorister takes the stage for this beloved annual tradition. Bring your family and friends, and let the music carry you into the holidays!

For Parents

You should have received an email from Brooklyn Youth Chorus with a promo code to redeem for a tuition credit discount on tickets. If you did not receive this email or if you are having trouble buying tickets, please contact us at ticketing@brooklynyouthchorus.org.

Before purchasing a ticket, please check below to confirm in which show or shows your child is performing. Performing choristers do not require a ticket.

NOTE: If you would like to purchase tickets to more than one concert, you must start a new transaction for each separate concert.

How to Purchase Tickets

  1. CLICK HERE to visit the holiday concerts ticketing website.

  2. Choose which performance you want to attend and click "Buy Tickets."

  3. Regular and Premium seating is general admission, with no assigned seats. Premium seating is in the front center section of the cathedral. Patron tickets include a seat reserved in your name in the front center section.

  4. Once you have selected the section and quantity of tickets, click "Checkout."

  5. On the next screen, click "Use promo, credit or voucher code?" at the top right. Enter your unique promo code here and click "APPLY."

  6. Continue the checkout process.

    NOTE: If you would like to purchase tickets to more than one concert, you must start a new transaction for each separate concert.

After purchasing tickets, you will receive two e-mails:

  • Order Confirmation

  • Ticket Email with QR code and PDF tickets

Will-call tickets are not available for our concerts. Please print your tickets at home before coming to the concert or be prepared to show your ticket on your mobile device. Brooklyn Youth Chorus will not be distributing physical tickets in advance.

If you have trouble finding your tickets, the email subject line is "Your tickets for: Holiday Harmonies" and the sender is "Brooklyn Youth Chorus" from ticketing@brooklynyouthchorus.org.

Important Information

INFO ABOUT THE VENUE, CO-CATHEDRAL OF ST. JOSEPH

  • Regular and Premium seating is general admission by section. Patron seats are reserved by name in the front center section. There are no bad seats in the house, and the sound in the church is very resonant wherever you sit.

  • Patron and Premium seating are in the center/front of the cathedral and have the best sightlines.

  • Doors open 30 minutes prior to each performance (1:00pm and 7:00pm). There is no indoor waiting area, so please plan accordingly. 

  • Children small enough to sit on the lap of an adult are welcome in the church and do not need a ticket. However, please be mindful of fellow audience members and do not take empty seats for lap-sitters.

  • If you would like to book or have questions about wheelchair accessible seating, please email ticketing@brooklynyouthchorus.org. The venue is accessible via the Dean St entrance behind the cathedral. 

  • In previous years, bathroom lines were sometimes long due to the limited number of bathrooms at the venue. Please be prepared and patient.

  • Each concert will be professionally filmed and photographed. All pictures and video will be made available to parents and families at no cost.
