Training Division / Ages 7-9

Preparatory I & II

We understand that your child's first steps into the world of choral singing should be filled with joy, encouragement, and a sense of belonging.

In our Preparatory I and II divisions, we welcome young singers aged 7 to 9 into a nurturing environment where their love for music can blossom. Our experienced teaching artists guide them through engaging activities that develop fundamental musical skills, healthy vocal technique, and a lifelong appreciation for the power of their own voices.

Imagine your child discovering the joy of singing together with other children their age, building confidence and finding their unique voice within the group! Through fun warm-ups, interactive activities, and age-appropriate repertoire, they'll develop a love for music that will last a lifetime. In our classes, they'll learn about rhythm, melody, and harmony in ways that are both educational and engaging, all while building healthy vocal habits through proper breathing and vocal technique. And at the end of each semester, your child will have the opportunity to shine on stage at our Holiday Harmonies and Spring Sings concerts, sharing their newfound love for music with family and friends.
