Celebrate the holidays with Brooklyn Youth Chorus at the beautiful Co-Cathedral of St. Joseph, with a stirring and dynamic concert of contemporary music and holiday classics, featuring students from our Teen division and acclaimed performing ensembles, with special appearances by members of the Grammy-nominated orchestra collective Metropolis Ensemble.

COVID-19 and Vaccination Policy for Audiences

Masks are required for all audience members at all times inside the Co-Cathedral of St. Joseph’s.

Guests age 12 and older will need to be Fully Vaccinated with an FDA or WHO authorized vaccine AND present a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport. (Guests 12-18 may use a government-issued ID or school ID - no photo required.) “Fully vaccinated” means on the date of the performance a guest is at least 14 days after their second dose of a two dose COVID-19 vaccine OR at least 14 days after their single dose of an approved single dose COVID-19 vaccine.

Approved methods of determining vaccination status are the New York State Excelsior app, a NYC COVID Safe app, a photo or hard copy of their CDC vaccination card or another official vaccine record.

Guests ages 4 – 12 who are eligible are strongly urged to get their first COVID-19 vaccination dose if they have not already done so. Guests will need proof of ONE of the following AND must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult:

  • Fully Vaccinated with an FDA or WHO authorized vaccine AND present a school ID - no photo required

    OR

  • Negative COVID-19 PCR test performed by a medical provider within 72 hours of the performance start time. The test results must clearly show the date and time of the test.

    OR

  • Negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken within 6 hours of the performance start time. The test results must clearly show the date and time of the test. This test may be performed by a medical professional or by using an over-the-counter testing kit.

Guests under the age of 4 are not permitted.

Know Before You Go

  • Will call tickets are not available for this event. Please print your tickets at home before coming to the concert or be prepared to show your ticket on your mobile device. Brooklyn Youth Chorus will not be distributing physical tickets in advance.

  • Seating is general admission by section: premium and regular. There are no bad seats in the house and the sound in the church is very resonant wherever you sit.

  • Premium seating is in the center/front of the cathedral.

  • Doors open 60 minutes prior to the performance. We encourage audience members to arrive 30-60 minutes before the start time to allow for extra time to check vaccinations. There is no indoor waiting area, so please plan accordingly.
