Emma Lamberti
Conductor

Emma Lamberti is a choral conductor and music educator dedicated to creating joyful, inclusive, and artistically rigorous musical experiences for young singers. She holds an M.M.E. from Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music and a B.M.E in Music Education from Bucknell University. Emma's teaching experience includes directing the Descant Choir with the Indiana University Children’s Choir, leading K–8 inclusive music programs with the MusiColAbility Project, teaching undergraduate and graduate music education courses at Indiana University, and directing choirs in public school and collegiate settings. She has also taught private voice to students ranging from elementary age through adulthood. Currently, she teaches full-time as a general and vocal music teacher in Brooklyn public schools.

Emma Lamberti's teaching is informed by Kodály and Orff-Schulwerk pedagogies, with a particular interest in developing young voices, accessible music education, and the ways music can foster collaboration and belonging. As a performer, arranger, and conductor, she has worked with choirs, a cappella ensembles, handbell ensembles, and church music settings. Emma is passionate about building vibrant musical communities where young singers from all backgrounds can discover their artistic identities while developing their voices and life-long connection to choral arts.
