Euphoria Workshop
Saturday, March 12, 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
at St. Joseph's Co-Cathedral - 856 Pacific Street (not BYC)
A Euphoria workshop to work on music, stamina, and team building. Lunch will be provided and there will be lots of fun ice-breaking activities to get to know each other.
Dismissal Procedures:
After the workshop choristers will collect their belongings and be brought outside for dismissal. Parents/Guardians please arrive promptly at 2 PM to pick up choristers for a quick and safe departure. Choristers who are allowed to self-dismiss during regular rehearsals will be able to leave without a parent present, unless we are told otherwise.
Covid Protocols:
Please note, students will be required to required show proof of negative COVID test prior to the workshop. An at-home antigen test taken within 24h of the workshop start time or PCR within 72h of the workshop will be accepted. A time-stamped photo of a negative at-home COVID tests will be accepted as long as they are within the above time frame.
Euphoria Recording Session (Junior Ensemble and Teen Apprentices)
Friday, March 25th from 5-9pm, in midtown Manhattan at Berklee NYC Power Station - 441 W 53rd St, New York, NY 10019.
Choristers will self report unless transportation assistance is requested. If you need assistance with travel plans please reach out to Shala. This session will include breaks and meals provided by BYC. Enter through the glass doors. The front desk can assist with directions. Take the elevator to the 1st floor. The entrance to studio A is directly ahead when you exit the elevator.
COVID-19 Protocols:
Choristers must show proof of negative covid test to their rehearsal manager prior to arrival. Either a PCR test taken within 72h, or rapid antigen test within 6 hours of arrival will be accepted. Masks must be worn on arrival and at all times when not singing or eating.
Combined Rehearsals
Monday, April 4 AND Wednesday, April 6, 5:00-7:00 PM - St. Paul’s Episcopal Church - 199 Carroll St.
The week leading up to filming we will have combined “dress rehearsals”, to prepare students for filming.
NOTE: The combined rehearsals will be in place of your regular Monday Pre-Teen II rehearsal on April 4 or your Teen rehearsals this week.
